Question 1

What types of fasteners does YH Fastener manufacture?

Accepted Answer

We manufacture machine screws, self tapping screws, sealing screws, shoulder screws, sems screws, captive screws, security screws, nylon patch screws, carbide insert screws and set screws, plus hex keys, Torx keys and spring and ball plungers, in both standard and custom versions.

Question 2

Can you produce non-standard screws from my drawings?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our engineering team reviews 2D drawings, 3D models or physical samples, confirms material, head style, drive, thread and finish, and then builds tooling for cold heading and thread rolling. Non-standard and international-standard parts are both supported.

Question 3

Which quality certifications does your factory hold?

Accepted Answer

Our production system operates under ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949. Every batch passes multi-stage inspection from incoming wire rod to final packing, and inspection records can be provided with shipments.

Question 4

How do you prevent screws from loosening under vibration?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the application we recommend pre-applied nylon patches, sems screws with captive washers, or shoulder and sealing designs. The right solution is selected based on joint material, required re-use cycles, torque and operating temperature.

Question 5

Do you export to my country and how do I start a project?

Accepted Answer

YH Fastener ships to more than 60 countries. Request our catalog or contact our sales engineers with your drawing, quantity and target application, and we will reply with a technical review within 24 hours.
